We purchased a rural property in Portugal some years ago. It came with a dying vineyard and garden filled with table grapes. We took on the challenge of caring for the vine ourselves, under the guidance of a local oenologist. We settled for totally organic and biodynamic management of the grapes. The rest is history: the results are stunning.

Our workshops will provide useful tips and information about pre and post-harvest management of your vine and winemaking, such as pruning, managing your canopy, preventing and treating diseases, harvesting, crushing the grape, and more!  This workshop is ideal if you have a small landholding and you are pursuing a traditional, non-mechanized approach to vineyard care.
