We purchased a rural property in Portugal some years ago. It came with a dying vineyard. We took on the challenge of caring for the vine ourselves, under the guidance of an oenologist. We settled for totally organic and biodynamic management of the grapes.

Our workshops will provide useful tips and information about pre and post-harvest management of your vine and winemaking, such as pruning, managing your canopy, preventing and treating diseases, harvesting, crushing the grape, and more!

We follow the vine's lifecycle and organise various sessions throughout the year. This is our second event.
