We purchased a rural property in Portugal some years ago. It came with a dying vineyard and garden filled with table grapes. We took on the challenge of caring for the vine ourselves, under the guidance of an oenologist. We settled for totally organic and biodynamic management of the grapes. The rest is history: the results are stunning.

Our workshops will provide useful tips and information about pre and post-harvest management of your vine and winemaking, such as pruning, managing your canopy, preventing and treating diseases, harvesting, crushing the grape, and more!  This workshop is ideal if you have a small landholding and you are pursuing a traditional, non-mechanized approach to vineyard care.
